Greka China Ltd is a subsidiary of Green Dragon Gas, a listed company at AIM, London Stock Exchange. Greka is a gas supplier based in China with a focus on the exploration, development, production, distribution and sales of gas from coal seams, commonly known as coal bed methane or CBM. Our goal is to increase the degree of vertical integration within our operations. Through collaboration with CUCBM, a state-owned enterprise specializing in the niche CBM areas, we signed five Production Sharing Contracts in commercializing CBM. We plan to generate our own CBM supply from three projects in Shanxi province, one project in Jiangxi province and one project in Anhui province covering an aggregate area of 6620km3 and an estimated 18.1 Tcf of Gas In Place in aggregate. We expect to distribute our CBM production in these projects to our customers mainly in the form of CNG by trucks and, to a lesser extent, via pipelines in the form of PNG.
We intend to sell our CBM production directly to several end users for consumption as industrial transportation fuel on a pilot basis in our Shizhuang South project. Our target markets are cities in central China with a high population and rapid growth in industrial activities, including Jincheng in Shanxi province, Luoyang and Zhengzhou in Henan province, Jiujiang, Jindezhen and Nanchang in Jiangxi province. Huainan in Anhui province and Nanjing in Jiangsu province. We intend to distribute our CBM production via trucks to industrial premises or to CNG filling stations in these markets and to residential, commercial and industrial networks and city gas distributions networks operated by third parties. In accordance with our strategic niche business plan to be a vertically integrated gas supplier, we are in the process of setting up our own drilling company and we will continually look for appropriate targets which are of strategic value to the growth of our business.
